Susan Brown, interim dean of New Mexico State University’s College of Education, stands in the office space that will eventually become the Glass Family Research Institute for Early Childhood Studies. Construction on the new institute will begin in the ground floor of O’Donnell Hall in January, and is expected to be complete in summer 2020.
